Als Fleet & Operations Planner bij Arentis voer jij de regie over de inzet van onze verhuurvloot. Je brengt klantvragen, beschikbaar materieel, onderhoud en transport samen in een planning die ook werkt wanneer de dag anders loopt dan verwacht. Over deze functie Als Fleet & Operations Planner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte planning van onze industriële machines en gereedschappen. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze hoogwerkers, verreikers, schaarliften, compressoren, aggregaten en ander materieel op het juiste moment op de juiste locatie beschikbaar zijn. Daarbij stem je de planning af op de wensen van de klant, de beschikbaarheid van machines en de transportmogelijkheden. Je beoordeelt verhuuraanvragen, maakt afwegingen tussen beschikbaarheid en klantbehoefte en organiseert de inzet en verplaatsing van machines. Daarbij houd je rekening met transportcapaciteit, retouren, onderhoud en de planning van andere vestigingen. Als omstandigheden veranderen, zie je de gevolgen voor de rest van de planning, bepaal je de prioriteiten en stem je tijdig een oplossing af met alle betrokkenen. Je bewaakt de voortgang van leveringen en retouren, houdt het planningssysteem actueel en signaleert knelpunten voordat ze de dienstverlening raken. Ook denk je mee over verbeteringen in de inzet van materieel en de samenwerking tussen afdelingen. Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten, chauffeurs, leveranciers en collega's en communiceert helder over afspraken, wijzigingen en mogelijkheden.
