Service is een verlengstuk van ownership en vraagt om overzicht, nauwkeurigheid en continuïteit. Achter elke perfecte service-ervaring staat een strak georganiseerde operatie. Daar speel jij een sleutelrol in. Dit ga je doen als Fleet Support Coördinator Je ondersteunt een team van projectleiders Service & Refits, die gezamenlijk verantwoordelijk zijn voor de service en refits van de Wajer-vloot wereldwijd. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de administratieve en organisatorische processen kloppen, actueel zijn en betrouwbaar verlopen. Je bent meer dan ondersteuning alleen. Waar nodig neem je deeltaken van de projectleiders over, zodat de snelheid in projecten behouden blijft. Denk aan het uitzoeken van specifieke items, het opvragen van tekeningen bij engineering of het voorbereiden van werk voor de servicehubs. Tijdens de uitvoering ben jij het mede-aanspreekpunt voor de servicetechnici, waardoor werkzaamheden snel en efficiënt worden opgepakt. Daarnaast heb je een scherp oog voor verbetering. Je kijkt actief hoe onze processen slimmer kunnen, signaleert waar meerdere projectleiders tegen dezelfde knelpunten aanlopen en doet voorstellen om dit structureel op te lossen. Zo til je niet alleen de projecten, maar ook de manier waarop we werken naar een hoger niveau. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleiders, servicehubs en collega's op kantoor en zorgt dat de informatie volledig, juist en tijdig aanwezig is. In deze rol ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Factuurreferenties verwerken en maandelijks de budgetten bijwerken - Meerwerk in kaart brengen: materiaal uitzoek...
