Een Fleet Support Medewerker ondersteunt het beheer van het wagenpark door voertuigadministratie op te volgen, onderhouds- en herstellingsafspraken te coördineren, lease- en verzekeringscontracten te beheren en bestuurders te ondersteunen bij vragen. Daarnaast fungeert deze persoon als aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en zorgt hij/zij voor een vlotte en efficiënte werking van de fleet.

Omschrijving

  • Je coördineert het team van mecaniciens en plant herstellingen en onderhoud efficiënt in.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische problemen.
  • Je volgt depannages op van melding tot oplossing.
  • Je beheert boorddocumenten, keuringen, vergunningen, boetes en OBU-registraties.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van technische dossiers.
  • Je beheert het brandstofsysteem (badges, leverbonnen, contact leveranciers).
  • Je stelt technische fiches op en houdt materiaallijsten up-to-date.
  • Je denkt proactief mee over efficiënte processen en kostenoptimalisatie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en administratief sterk.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je neemt initiatief en volgt dossiers proactief op.
  • Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen en werkt efficiënt onder deadlines.
  • Ervaring binnen fleetbeheer, logistiek of administratie is een plus.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een troef.
