Als Fleet advisor ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze B2B klanten. Je begrijpt hun mobiliteitsbehoeften en biedt oplossingen die aansluiten bij hun bedrijfsdoelen. Je onderhoudt bestaande relaties en bouwt actief een bestand uit met nieuwe klanten. Jouw klantvriendelijke houding en je technische kennis zal een grote impact hebben.

Concreet bestaat je takenpakket uit volgende zaken:

  • Je werkt binnen een B2B omgeving waarbij je jouw kennis en ervaring creatief aanwendt met betrekking tot de wagenparkwensen.
  • Je prospecteert actief nieuwe klanten in de zakelijke markt.
  • Je onderhoudt de reeds bestaande klantenrelaties.
  • Je adviseert klanten over ons gamma maar ook over onze financiële producten.
  • Je bent aanwezig op netwerkevents en andere PR -activiteiten.
  • Je staat in voor de correcte levering van de verkochte voertuigen en dit samen met de collega's van de vestigingen in Ieper.
  • Je rapporteert op regelmatige basis aan je leidinggevende.
  • Je staat in voor het opmaken, indienen en opvolgen van aanbestedingen van lokale besturen of organisaties.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je bent gedreven en je houdt van de automotive sector
  • Als je autotechnische kennis hebt om zo de klant op een correcte manier te infomeren, is dat zeker een plus, interesse in de sector is alvast een must
  • Je bent op de hoogte van de fiscale wetgeving en weet welke financiële oplossingen geboden kunnen worden
  • Je bent commercieel, iemand die service en dienstverlening hoog in het vaandel draagt
  • Je bent je een echte teamplayer, die goed kan samenwerken en vlot kan communiceren
  • Je streeft ernaar om het bestaande netwerk uit te breiden maar ook prospecteren schrikt je niet af
