* Entwicklung & Optimierung neuer und bestehender Rezepturen bis zur Serienreife

* Herstellungsversuche im Technikumsmaßstab einschließlich Musterproduktion und Produktionsbegleitung

* Planung und Durchführung professioneller Verkostungen, Auswertung sensorischer Prüfungen

* Erstellung rechtlicher Deklarationen; Umsetzung lebensmittelrechtlicher Vorgaben

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fleischer_in mit Lehrabschluss wird vorausgesetzt

* Berufserfahrung in gleichrangiger Tätigkeit ist wünschenswert

* Genauigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen von Vorteil

* Arbeitserlaubnis für Österreich
