  • Je voert werkzaamheden uit op uiteenlopende werven binnen verschillende sectoren, waardoor geen project hetzelfde is.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het correct openen en sluiten van flensverbindingen en leidingen, waarbij precisie en veiligheid centraal staan.
  • Je verzorgt het afbramen en opruimen van gaten en werkt naden zorgvuldig af door te vijlen en te slijpen.
  • Je beheerst diverse sleuteltechnieken en past deze effectief toe bij montage- en demontagewerkzaamheden.
  • Je monteert en demonteert uiteenlopende componenten volgens technische richtlijnen en projectvereisten.
  • Je leert hoe lasten correct ingeschat worden, bepaalt het juiste aanslagmateriaal en voert het aanslaan en uitwijzen van lasten veilig en efficiënt uit.
  • Je hebt reeds praktijkervaring als flensmonteur en bent vertrouwd met de bijbehorende technieken en procedures.
  • Je functioneert goed in een teamomgeving, maar kan ook zelfstandig taken opnemen en afronden zonder voortdurende begeleiding.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, toont motivatie en beschikt over eigen vervoer om vlot op verschillende werven te geraken.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in techniek en haalt voldoening uit nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht werk.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig flensmonteurcertificaat en een VCA-attest, of bent bereid deze kort na indiensttreding zelfstandig te behalen.
  • Je werkt veilig, gestructureerd en houdt rekening met alle geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen op de werkvloer.
