The posting

Force Mechanics is een mechanische aannemer, onderdeel van de Ponticelli Groep, van industriële installaties actief voornamelijk in West-Europa. Onze activiteiten bestaan uit (i) shutdowns, (ii) bolt handling (torquen/tensionen) en warmtewisselaars, (iii) speciale technieken en (iv) permanente onderhoudscontracten. Als onderhoudsmonteur/mechanicien zal je deel uitmaken van een team van circa 8 monteurs die worden aangestuurd door onze brigadiers en werfleiders op diverse industriële werven verspreid over heel België.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Controleren van materiaal en gereedschappen voor aanvang werken.
  • Openen, afblinden en sluiten van diverse toestellen (e.g. vaten, reactoren, warmtewisselaars, etc.)
  • Uitgebreide kennis en vakkundig demonteren/monteren van verschillende types pakkingen, flensverbindingen en bouten.
  • Reinigen en invetten van bouten en moeren.
  • Opmeten van dichtingoppervlakten ter controle of deze nog volgens specificaties zijn.
  • Een flensverbinding uitlijnen en evenwijdig monteren met behulp van handgereedschap.
  • Opmeten en nameten van de ruimte tussen de flenzen.
  • Bolt tensionen en torquen van de verschillende bouten volgens machine specificaties, industrienormen en flensprocedures van de klant.
  • Uitvoeren van druktesten (e.g. hydraulisch / pneumatisch)
  • Schriftelijke rapportage van de uitgevoerde handelingen.
  • Beschadigde onderdelen of defecten identificeren en rapporteren.
  • De werkplek ordentelijk opruimen volgens geldende housekeeping regels.

Profiel:

  • Minimum A3 mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • In het bezit zijn van volgende certificaten en getuigschriften: Basisveiligheid (VCA*), Flensmonteur (IS-010), Torquen en tensionen volgens protocol H-WFPrTT-PC-0215 SSVV (EN1591-4). Attest flesmonteur attest kan je bij ons behalen.
  • Ademluchtbescherming
  • Minimum 3 jaar ervaring in dienstverlenende activiteiten bij raffinaderijen of petrochemische bedrijven
  • Grondige kennis van de veiligheidsvoorschriften op industriële sites
  • Kennis van heftruck (IS-001), hoogtewerker (IS-005), verreiker en aanslaan van lasten (IS-006) is een pluspunt.

Persoonsgebonden competenties:

  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit (zin voor nauwkeurigheid en detail) zijn voor u zeer belangrijk
  • Je weet van aanpakken en kan zelfstandig werken
  • Je kan zich flexibel aanpassen aan veranderende omstandigheden en omgevingen (e.g. nachtwerk/weekendwerk, vuil werk, etc.) en hebt geen 9-to-5 mentaliteit
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer
  • Je hebt geen problemen om regels en afspraken na te leven (punctueel)

Taalvaardigheid:

  • Minimum kennis van de 1 van de 3 landstalen is noodzakelijk of Engels
