  • Composer des bouquets et créations florales dans l'esprit de la maison : fraîcheur, saisonnalité, élégance naturelle
  • Accueillir, conseiller et accompagner les clients avec bienveillance et professionnalisme
  • Assurer la mise en valeur de la boutique : présentation des fleurs, entretien des plantes, ambiance visuelle
  • Gérer les arrivages : déballage, tri, préparation, contrôle de la qualité
  • Veiller à la fraîcheur des produits et au respect du cycle court, au cœur de notre démarche
  • Participer aux commandes en ligne : préparation, emballage, coordination avec la livraison
  • Entretenir l'espace de travail : propreté, organisation, respect des normes d'hygiène
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe pour garantir une expérience client cohérente et chaleureuse dans toutes nos boutiques

Votre profil

Nous serions ravis de vous rencontrer si :

  • Vous êtes fleuriste de formation ou disposez d'une expérience significative et récente en boutique de min 1 ou 2 ans
  • Vous avez une sensibilité artistique et aimez travailler les couleurs, les textures, les volumes
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec la clientèle, souriant·e, patient·e et attentif·ve
  • Vous êtes organisé·e, soigneux·se et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe et partager votre passion
  • Vous êtes sensible aux fleurs de saison, aux circuits courts et à une approche respectueuse de la nature
  • Vous êtes disponible pour travailler en semaine et certains week-ends selon les besoins des boutiques
  • Magasin fixe mais susceptible de dépanner dans un autre magasin si nécessaire (congé, malade, etc.)
  • Langues : Pour Uccle / Ixelles : Français et anglais est un plus.
  • Pour Gare Maritime (Tour & Taxis) : Français et anglais/néerlandais est un plus

  • Contrat de 30h sur 4 jours par semaine, réparties du lundi au dimanche, dont d'office soit un samedi, soit un dimanche (sur contrat, le reste ils peuvent s'arranger avec leurs collègues et/ou la/le responsable de boutique)
