JOUW ROL Als Flex Coach ben jij hét eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze (nieuwe) flexmedewerkers. Vanaf de eerste werkdag zorg jij ervoor dat zij zich welkom en gezien voelen binnen onze organisatie. Je ontvangt hen met een warm welkom, geeft een rondleiding, legt de ploegendiensten uit en biedt ondersteuning bij praktische vragen - van het aanvragen van verlof tot het melden van ziekte. Ook bij vertrouwelijke kwesties of vragen over interne processen ben jij degene die klaarstaat. Je rol gaat verder dan alleen de eerste werkdag. Met jouw betrokkenheid en coaching help je nieuwe collega's om hun plek te vinden én te behouden. Door het geven van welkomstpresentaties en praktische trainingen zorg je ervoor dat zij een goede start maken en goed op de hoogte zijn van onze bedrijfswaarden, veiligheidsvoorschriften en beveiligingsprotocollen. In deze functie krijg je volop ruimte voor eigen inbreng. Jij hebt een directe impact op de werktevredenheid en het welzijn van onze flexmedewerkers. Je bent een positief voorbeeld, draagt bij aan een prettige werksfeer en versterkt daarmee het succes van het hele team én de organisatie. Als Flex Coach: - Speel je een grote rol bij de onboarding van onze nieuwe (flex)medewerkers; - Informeer je onze operationele stakeholders over de nieuwe instroom van flexmedewerkers; - Ondersteun en faciliteer je de opleiding van nieuwe medewerkers samen met de operatie en denk je mee in mogelijkheden voor crosstraining; - Blijf je verbonden met de flexmedewerkers en hun welzijn en geeft voldoende aandac...
