Flexijob als administratief medewerker met een vaste planning in regio Pittem.

Op zoek naar een flexijob waarin nauwkeurigheid en structuur centraal staan? Voor een organisatie binnen de groenten- en fruitsector in de regio Pittem zoeken we een administratief medewerker die één vaste dag per week het team ondersteunt.

Binnen deze functie zorg je mee voor een correcte administratieve verwerking, ondersteun je verschillende interne processen en bewaak je de kwaliteit van documenten en gegevens. Dankzij de vaste planning is deze functie ideaal als aanvulling op een bestaande job of activiteit.

Wat ga je doen: - Administratieve documenten controleren en verwerken volgens de afgesproken procedures. - Leveringsdocumenten, interne lijsten en andere administratieve gegevens nauwkeurig opvolgen. - Instaan voor een correcte digitale en fysieke archivering van documenten. - Gegevens invoeren en dossiers up-to-date houden. - Boekhoudkundige ondersteuning bieden, waaronder het controleren van facturen en documenten. - Algemene administratieve taken opnemen, waaronder e-mailbeheer, telefonische opvolging en het registreren van afspraken. Ervaring binnen een administratieve functie is een pluspunt. Kennis van en ervaring met het boekhoudprogramma Exact is essentieel voor deze functie. Nieuwe systemen, werkwijzen en interne procedures worden snel aangeleerd via een interne opleiding. Het flexi-statuut is noodzakelijk om voor deze functie in aanmerking te komen. Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkhouding met aandacht voor detail. Een discrete aanpak bij het verwerken van vertrouwelijke informatie en documenten. Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en het vermogen om instructies correct op te volgen. Zelfstandigheid combineren met een collegiale ingesteldheid binnen een klein team. Een goede digitale kennis en vlotte omgang met computerprogramma’s, waaronder MS Office. Beschikbaarheid voor een vaste werkdag per week binnen een flexi-statuut.
