Passion Works! zoekt een enthousiaste en communicatieve Flexi HR-vlinder die ons enkele dagen per week wil ondersteunen bij de zoektocht naar de juiste kandidaten voor onze vacatures.

Jouw taken

Als Flexi HR-vlinder ondersteun je onze kantoren voornamelijk bij de rekrutering van kandidaten.

Rekrutering & telefonische contacten

  • Actief zoeken naar geschikte kandidaten via onze database en verschillende rekruteringskanalen.
  • Kandidaten telefonisch contacteren en enthousiasmeren voor openstaande vacatures.
  • Korte screenings uitvoeren en de juiste informatie verzamelen.
  • Kandidaten voorstellen aan onze consulenten.
  • Vacatures ondersteunen met extra uitbelacties wanneer nodig.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en belt graag.
  • Je legt vlot contact met mensen en luistert actief.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar.
  • Je hebt interesse in HR, rekrutering of de uitzendsector.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.

Deze functie is ideaal voor iemand die op zoek is naar een flexijob.

  • Je werkt enkele dagen per week, afhankelijk van jouw beschikbaarheid.
  • Werkdagen zijn bespreekbaar van maandag tot en met vrijdag.
  • We zoeken iemand die tijdens de kantooruren kan werken (8u30-12u30 en 13u30-17u30). Een volledige of halve dag.

Wij hebben kantoren in: Beringen, Diepenbeek, Herk-de-Stad en Sint-Truiden.

We zoeken bij voorkeur iemand die centraal woont en zich eenvoudig naar verschillende kantoren kan verplaatsen. Zo kunnen we wekelijks bekijken in welk kantoor jouw ondersteuning het meest nodig is.
