The posting

Voor onze hotelgroep, met hoofd receptie in Gent, zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en enthousiaste flexi-jobber die ons team op lange termijn wil versterken.

Vanuit onze centrale receptie in Gent worden onze verschillende hotels dagelijks beheerd en ondersteund. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar gastvrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en een professionele aanpak centraal staan.

Jouw functie

In deze functie beheer je onze fysieke alsook onze virtuele receptie voor hotels in Antwerpen en Aalst. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt en dat gasten een aangenaam verblijf hebben en worden geholpen bij vragen of problemen, fysiek of via de telefoon. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en zorgt mee voor een professionele en aangename hotelervaring.

Je taken kunnen onder andere bestaan uit:

  • Het verwelkomen en verder helpen van gasten
  • In- en uitchecken van gasten
  • Beantwoorden van vragen, telefonisch en per e-mail
  • Opvolgen van reservaties en praktische zaken
  • Gasten informeren over onze hotels en de omgeving
  • Administratieve en operationele ondersteuning
  • Zorgen voor een correcte overdracht naar collega's
  • Problemen of vragen van gasten zelfstandig en klantgericht aanpakken

⚠️ Belangrijk

Deze flexi-job is geen occasionele of sporadische job.

We zoeken iemand die op lange termijn deel wil uitmaken van ons team en die op vaste weekdagen volgens een vooraf afgesproken schema kan werken.

De concrete dagen worden in onderling overleg bepaald, maar het is belangrijk dat je je aan dit vaste schema kunt houden en op deze dagen betrouwbaar beschikbaar bent.

Werkuren: 12:00 – 20:00 uur
