Voor een winkel in de regio Waregem zoeken we een flexi allround winkel- en kassamedewerker. In deze functie combineer je kassawerk met taken op de winkelvloer, zoals het aanvullen van producten, verwerken van leveringen en zorgen voor een verzorgde winkelomgeving.

Dankzij de variatie in taken en de ondersteuning van een enthousiast team krijg je de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een klantgerichte omgeving.

Wat ga je doen: - Klanten vriendelijk onthalen en zorgen voor een vlotte afhandeling aan de kassa. - Betalingen correct verwerken en klanten professioneel verder helpen bij vragen. - Leveringen controleren en inkomende goederen zorgvuldig verwerken. - Nieuwe producten etiketteren en artikelen overzichtelijk presenteren in de winkel. - Winkelrekken en voorraad aanvullen zodat klanten steeds een verzorgd aanbod vinden. - De winkelruimte netjes en aantrekkelijk houden volgens de kwaliteitsstandaarden. - Collega’s ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse werking en mee zorgen voor een efficiënte organisatie. Ervaring binnen retail, verkoop of klantenservice vormt een meerwaarde, maar ook gemotiveerde kandidaten zonder ervaring komen in aanmerking. Een grondige opleiding op de werkvloer zorgt voor een vlotte opstart. Klantvriendelijk, enthousiast en vlot in de omgang. Nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar, ook tijdens drukke momenten. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een professionele houding. Flexibel beschikbaar tussen maandag en zaterdag, binnen het uurrooster van 10.30 tot 18.00 uur. Ervaring als kassamedewerker of winkelmedewerker is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
