Infano vzw is al jaren de koploper in de Knack Trends-ranglijst van kinderopvangorganisaties. In de meer dan 150 opvanglocaties over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel vangt Infano vzw elke dag zo’n 20.000 kinderen op. Infano betekent ‘kind’ in het Esperanto en samen met onze medewerkers (intussen al meer dan 700) is er 1 ding belangrijk: het kind centraal zetten!

Ben jij leerkracht, kleuterleid(st)er of iemand met ervaring in het begeleiden van kinderen? Wil je naast je job in het onderwijs graag een zinvolle flexi-job doen op momenten die aansluiten bij het schoolritme?

Voor onze buitenschoolse opvang en activiteiten (BOA) in Oostkamp zoekt Infano warme en enthousiaste flexi-jobbers die kinderen voor en na school willen begeleiden.

Je functie:

  • Als flexi-job kinderbegeleider BOA sta je mee in voor de opvang van kinderen voor en na school. Je ontvangt kinderen op een warme manier, zorgt voor structuur en veiligheid, en begeleidt hen tijdens hun vrije tijd buiten de klasuren.
  • Je helpt kinderen landen voor de schooldag begint of ontspannen na een drukke schooldag. Dat kan met rustige activiteiten, vrij spel, creatieve opdrachten, buiten spelen, gezelschapsspelletjes of kleine groepsactiviteiten.
  • Je hoeft geen les te geven. Je zorgt vooral voor een fijne opvangomgeving waarin kinderen zich welkom, veilig en gezien voelen.
  • Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat de opvang vlot verloopt en dat kinderen, ouders en scholen op Infano kunnen rekenen.
  • We richten ons graag tot: leerkrachten; kleuterleid(st)ers; leerkrachten lager onderwijs; opvoeders; mensen met ervaring in kinderopvang, jeugdwerk of begeleiding van kinderen.
  • Je hebt voeling met kinderen van 2,5 tot 12 jaar. Je bent warm, betrouwbaar en duidelijk. Je kan kinderen begeleiden met geduld en enthousiasme, en je weet hoe belangrijk structuur en rust zijn voor en na school. Ervaring in de kinderopvang is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral je pedagogische aanpak en zin om met kinderen te werken zijn belangrijk.
  • Je bent flexibel en creatief.
