Infano vzw is al jaren de koploper in de Knack Trends-ranglijst van kinderopvangorganisaties. In de meer dan 150 opvanglocaties over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel vangt Infano vzw elke dag zo’n 20.000 kinderen op. Infano betekent ‘kind’ in het Esperanto en samen met onze medewerkers (intussen al meer dan 700) is er 1 ding belangrijk: het kind centraal zetten!

Als flexi-jobber in ons kinderdagverblijf krijg je de kans om een verschil te maken in het leven van jonge kinderen. Je komt in een warme omgeving terecht waar iedereen een hart heeft voor kinderen.

Jouw functie:

  • Je helpt bij het begeleiden en verzorgen van kinderen tussen de 0 en 3 jaar
  • Je stimuleert kinderen actief in hun ontwikkeling
  • Je creëert een veilige en warme omgeving waar de kinderen zich volledig kunnen ontplooien
  • Je communiceert met de ouders over de dagelijkse gang van zaken en de ontwikkeling van hun kind
  • Je neemt kleine huishoudelijke taken op
  • Je hebt een hart voor kinderen en krijgt energie van ermee te werken
  • Je zit vol enthousiasme en goesting!
  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma dat voldoet aan de vereisten van Kind&Gezin waaronder o.a. een Bachelor of Master
  • Je bent creatief en kan je inleven in de wereld van de kinderen
  • Je kan geduldig en zorgzaam omgaan met kinderen
  • Je bent communicatief sterk
  • Je bent idealiter beschikbaar op maandag en/of vrijdag
