Garage Borremans is volop bezig met de verdere uitbouw en inrichting van een nieuwe bedrijfslocatie in Bornem. Voor de ondersteuning van onze aankopen zoeken we een medewerker aankoop & internationale sourcing in flexi-job.

Je ondersteunt ons bij het zoeken, vergelijken, aankopen en opvolgen van materialen, technische installaties en andere producten. Je krijgt hierbij veel zelfstandigheid en werkt rechtstreeks samen met de zaakvoerder.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • geschikte leveranciers en fabrikanten zoeken en contacteren;
  • offertes aanvragen en prijzen vergelijken;
  • technische specificaties en producten vergelijken;
  • onderhandelen over prijzen en aankoopvoorwaarden;
  • bestellingen plaatsen en opvolgen;
  • transport van de aangekochte goederen organiseren en opvolgen;
  • internationale zendingen en levertermijnen opvolgen;
  • invoer en bijhorende documenten mee opvolgen;
  • alternatieve leveranciers of producten zoeken;
  • contact onderhouden met Belgische en buitenlandse leveranciers;
  • internationale aankopen van bestelling tot levering mee coördineren.

We bekijken voor verschillende aankopen ook de mogelijkheden om rechtstreeks samen te werken met leveranciers en fabrikanten in China. Ervaring met sourcing of aankoop in China, kennis van de Chinese markt of bestaande contacten met leveranciers, fabrikanten, aankoopagenten of transporteurs is daarom een sterke troef.

We zoeken iemand die initiatief neemt en zelfstandig werkt. Iemand die niet alleen een goede leverancier vindt, maar ook het verdere traject kan opvolgen: van prijsaanvraag en bestelling tot transport en uiteindelijke levering bij ons.

  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring in aankoop, sourcing, procurement, internationale handel of leveranciersbeheer.
  • Je hebt technische kennis of een goede technische affiniteit en kunt technische productinformatie en specificaties begrijpen en vergelijken.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en kunt prijzen en voorwaarden kritisch vergelijken en onderhandelen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt bestellingen en afspraken consequent op.
  • Je communiceert vlot met leveranciers en externe partners.
  • Je hebt een goede praktische kennis van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je kunt vlot werken met computer, e-mail en online platformen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig leveranciers, fabrikanten en producten zoeken en beoordelen.
  • Je denkt praktisch en oplossingsgericht en zoekt alternatieven wanneer nodig.
  • Ervaring met aankopen, sourcing of leveranciers in China is een sterke troef.
  • Ervaring met internationaal transport, import en bijhorende documenten is een pluspunt.
  • Je komt in aanmerking om te werken binnen het flexi-jobstatuut.
