The posting

Wij zijn een groeiend Belgisch productiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in het vervaardigen van boxsprings, matrassen en bedkaders op maat. Ter versterking van ons atelier zijn wij op zoek naar een handige en gemotiveerde flexijob medewerker.

Functie

Als ateliermedewerker werk je mee aan de productie van onze boxsprings en bedden. Je taken zijn gevarieerd en bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Stofferen van hoofdborden, boxsprings en bedkaders.
  • Maken en monteren van houten skeletten en bedconstructies.
  • Montage- en afwerkingswerken.
  • Voorbereidend atelierwerk.
  • Verpakken en klaarmaken van bestellingen.
  • Eenvoudige stikwerken, zoals het stikken van bedhoezen en hoezen voor hoofdborden (ervaring is een pluspunt, maar kan aangeleerd worden).
  • Meewerken aan een nette en georganiseerde werkplaats.

Profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring als meubelstoffeerder, houtbewerker of in de meubelproductie.
  • Ervaring met een industriële naaimachine is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent handig en hebt technisch inzicht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en afwerking.

Aanbod

  • Voltijdse functie (38 uur/week). Een 4/5-regeling is bespreekbaar.
  • Contract van onbepaalde duur na een positieve evaluatie.
  • Correct loon volgens PC 126 (hout- en meubelnijverheid), afhankelijk van ervaring.
  • Interne opleiding waar nodig.
  • Vast dagwerk (geen ploegen- of weekendwerk).
  • Afwisselende job in een stabiel, groeiend Belgisch productiebedrijf.
  • Aangename werksfeer in een klein en hecht team.
