  • Geven van infosessies aan potentiële kandidaten.
  • Rekruteren en selecteren van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Voeren van evaluatie-, opvolg- en verzuimgesprekken met uitzendkrachten.
  • Opvolgen van HR-gerelateerde dossiers en administratieve taken.

Jouw werkuren

  • Tewerkstelling op woensdag of donderdag - minimaal 1 avond per week beschikbaar
  • Werkuren: 18.00 of 19.00 uur tot 23.00 uur.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen HR, bij voorkeur in rekrutering en personeelsopvolging.
  • Je communiceert vlot en bent sociaal sterk.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
