Immo VASDI is een jong, groeiend en innovatief vastgoedkantoor. We combineren een persoonlijke aanpak met slimme digitale tools en korte communicatielijnen. Geen stijve kantooromgeving, maar een enthousiast team waarin we samenwerken, initiatief waarderen en ook graag plezier maken.

Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zoeken we een flexi-jobmedewerker voor ongeveer één dag per week (eventueel op te splitsen in 2x 4 uren).

Je ondersteunt ons bij de administratieve en praktische opvolging van verhuur- en verkoopdossiers. Je taken zijn gevarieerd en kunnen onder meer bestaan uit:

  • verkoop- en verhuurdossiers samenstellen en administratief opvolgen;
  • documenten en attesten opvragen;
  • panden online publiceren en advertenties actueel houden;
  • afspraken en bezichtigingen inplannen;
  • kandidaat-huurders en kandidaat-kopers vriendelijk te woord staan;
  • bezichtigingen begeleiden;
  • plaatsbeschrijvingen helpen uitvoeren en verwerken;
  • huurwaarborgen administratief opvolgen;
  • meterstanden opnemen en documenten voor meterovernames of overdrachten voorbereiden;
  • feedback na bezoeken verwerken en gemaakte afspraken opvolgen;
  • algemene administratieve ondersteuning van het vastgoedteam.

We bekijken samen welke taken het best bij jouw ervaring, interesses en beschikbaarheid passen. Je krijgt voldoende begeleiding om onze werking en dossiers stap voor stap te leren kennen.

We zoeken vooral iemand met de juiste ingesteldheid: nauwkeurig, enthousiast, klantvriendelijk en niet bang om initiatief te nemen.

Je:

  • komt wettelijk in aanmerking voor een flexi-job;
  • bent gemiddeld één dag per week beschikbaar, in onderling overleg;
  • werkt gestructureerd en volgt taken zorgvuldig op;
  • communiceert vlot en professioneel;
  • kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook graag binnen een team;
  • bent handig met e-mail, Office en digitale toepassingen;
  • gaat discreet om met persoonlijke en vertrouwelijke informatie;
  • voelt je comfortabel bij klantencontact en plaatsbezoeken;
  • beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

Ervaring in administratie of vastgoed is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute vereiste. Motivatie, leergierigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin vinden we minstens even belangrijk.
