WZC Veilige Have in Aalter, onderdeel van Zorggroep Agapè, zoekt een flexi-kok om de keuken- en bewonerswerking te versterken met heerlijke, huiselijke maaltijden.

Een geurige maaltijd op tafel, een warme glimlach bij het opscheppen en eten dat met liefde is bereid: het draagt elke dag opnieuw bij aan dat echte 'thuisgevoel'. Bij WZC Veilige Have in Aalter geloven we dat lekker en kwaliteitsvol eten de kern is van een zorgvuldig en warm verblijf. Om onze keukenbrigade te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste flexi-kok die van aanpakken weet en hart heeft voor de ouderenzorg.

Als kok ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en portioneren van dagelijkse maaltijden. Je zorgt ervoor dat de bewoners van een volwaardige maaltijd kunnen genieten, van soep tot dessert.

Belangrijke taken zijn onder andere:

  • Gerechten, soepen bereiden volgens recepturen en met correcte kooktechnieken.
  • Portioneren van maaltijden op basis van de maaltijdlijsten en specifieke dieetwensen van bewoners.
  • Voldoen aan hygiënenormen (HACCP) en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Voorraadbeheer volgens FIFO-principes en onderhouden van keukentoestellen.
  • Maaltijdkarren aanvullen en onderhouden, en samenwerken met collega's voor een vlotte service.
  • Inspelen op dieetvoorschriften en persoonlijke voorkeuren van bewoners.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de keuken tijdens bewonersraden en communiceren met afdelingen en diëtisten.
  • Reinigen van de gebruikte machines en materiaal.
  • Je hebt een diploma in grootkeuken of fijnkeuken.
  • Ervaring in een grootkeuken is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een passie voor koken en houdt van variatie in je taken.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband, maar kan ook zelfstandig aan de slag.
  • Basiskennis van hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften is een must.
  • Jouw werktijden zijn van 8u tot 16u06, van 8u tot 16u36 of van 8u30 tot 16u36 in afwisseling met de andere koks.
