Over de functie Voor een bedrijf actief in de evenementensector zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren schrijnwerker die op flexi-basis wil meewerken aan diverse projecten. Binnen deze rol ligt de nadruk niet alleen op het uitvoeren van schrijnwerk, maar ook op het delen van ervaring en vakkennis.

De ideale kandidaat beschikt over een sterke technische achtergrond en heeft een grote passie voor het ambacht. Je wordt een belangrijk aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en ondersteunt junior schrijnwerkers bij hun ontwikkeling.

Als peter of coach help je nieuwe medewerkers groeien in het vak en draag je actief bij aan de kwaliteit van het werk.

Je taken kunnen onder andere bestaan uit:

  • Het bouwen en monteren van houten constructies voor evenementen
  • Het begeleiden en ondersteunen van minder ervaren collega’s
  • Het delen van praktische technieken en vakkennis
  • Meedenken over efficiënte werkmethodes en oplossingen
  • Het bewaken van kwaliteit en afwerking
