Voor onze klant, een van 's werelds grootste en meest vooraanstaande marktonderzoeksbureaus, zijn we op zoek naar Telefonische Enquêteurs (Marktonderzoekers). In deze functie bel je mensen op om kwalitatieve enquêtes af te nemen op basis van een vooraf opgesteld script. Het gaat uitsluitend om marktonderzoek en informatiewinning; er komt absoluut geen verkoop bij kijken.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Telefonisch contact opnemen met respondenten en professioneel afnemen van gestructureerde enquêtes volgens script
  • Actief luisteren en op een gepaste wijze doorvragen om correcte en waardevolle informatie te verzamelen
  • Nauwkeurig verwerken van de ontvangen gegevens en antwoorden in het systeem
  • Volgen van de initiële opleiding op kantoor en het behalen van de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsdoelstellingen
  • Na een succesvolle inwerkperiode zelfstandig uitvoeren van de belopdrachten vanuit de eigen thuiswerkomgeving
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands (tweetaligheid is een mooie troef)
  • Je beschikt over vlot geformuleerde communicatieve vaardigheden, een aangename telefoonstem en de durf om door te vragen
  • Je bent minimaal 12 uur per week beschikbaar, verspreid over minstens 3 dagen (meer uren of een voltijdse inzetbaarheid is uiteraard welkom)
  • Je bent tijdens de eerste weken beschikbaar tussen 13:00 uur of 16:00 uur en 21:00 uur voor de inwerkperiode op kantoor te St-Denijs-Westrem
  • Je beschikt voor eventueel toekomstig thuiswerk over een eigen pc/laptop (geen Mac/iMac) en een headset (VoIP/vaste telefonie)
