Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, hulpvaardig en graag onder de mensen? Dan ben jij misschien de versterking die we zoeken voor onze winkel in Boechout.

Als flexi verkoopmedewerker ontvang je klanten op een warme en professionele manier. Je luistert naar hun plannen, stelt de juiste vragen en helpt hen bij het kiezen van een geschikte vloer, afwerking, onderhoudsproduct of huurmachine.

Je taken:

• Klanten verwelkomen en adviseren in de winkel

• Meedenken over hun project en behoeften

• Producten voorstellen en verkopen

• Offertes, bestellingen en reservaties helpen verwerken

• Uitleg geven over onderhoudsproducten en huurmaterialen

• Telefonische en praktische vragen beantwoorden

• Mee zorgen voor een verzorgde en uitnodigende winkel

Je hoeft nog geen vloerenspecialist te zijn. Wij leren je onze producten en werkwijze stap voor stap kennen. Ervaring in verkoop, interieur, bouwmaterialen of doe-het-zelf is uiteraard een pluspunt.

Je werkt voornamelijk op zaterdag van 9.15 tot 16 uur. Dit kan wekelijks of eventueel om de twee weken. Daarnaast zoeken we iemand die tijdens de week minstens één volledige dag beschikbaar kan zijn van 9.15 tot 18 uur. Een tweede weekdag en extra inzet tijdens vakantieperiodes zijn mooi meegenomen.

We zoeken vooral iemand die bij ons team en onze manier van werken past.

• Je bent klantvriendelijk, spontaan en hulpvaardig

• Je luistert goed en stelt gerichte vragen

• Je hebt commerciële feeling zonder opdringerig te zijn

• Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk in het Nederlands

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en komt afspraken na

• Je neemt initiatief en ziet werk

• Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed in een klein team

• Je bent bereid om onze producten en technische basiskennis aan te leren

• Je bent regelmatig beschikbaar op zaterdag

• Je kunt minstens één volledige dag tijdens de week werken

• Extra beschikbaarheid tijdens vakantieperiodes is een pluspunt

• Ervaring in verkoop, interieur, vloeren, bouwmaterialen of doe-het-zelf is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
