Voor onze winkel in de regio Roeselare zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde fleximedewerker die ons team komt versterken tijdens drukke momenten. In de functie van Flexi Winkelmedewerker ben jij een onmisbare schakel in het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen van de winkel. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten vriendelijk en professioneel worden geholpen en dat de winkel altijd netjes en uitnodigend is.

Je kunt rekenen op een afwisselend takenpakket, waarbij je in staat bent om verschillende afdelingen te ondersteunen en zo een waardevolle bijdrage te leveren aan ons team.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:

  • Klanten vriendelijk ontvangen en verder helpen.
  • Rekken aanvullen en producten aantrekkelijk presenteren.
  • Kassawerk uitvoeren.
  • Controleren van vervaldata en de kwaliteit van producten.
  • Mee instaan voor een nette, verzorgde en ordelijke winkel.
  • Helpen bij leveringen en het aanvullen van de voorraad.
  • Ondersteunen op verschillende afdelingen afhankelijk van de noden.
  • Samenwerken met collega's om een vlotte winkelwerking te garanderen.

Jouw profiel:

Je bent klantvriendelijk, enthousiast en werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Je voldoet aan de voorwaarden om als flexi-jobmedewerker te werken.
  • Ervaring in de retail of verkoop is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Een verzorgd voorkomen en een positieve werkhouding.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een flexibele ingesteldheid en bereidheid om te werken tijdens weekends en feestdagen.
  • Teamspirit en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor orde, netheid en klanttevredenheid.
