Bij WZC Veilige Have ben je naast professionele zorgverlener: een vertrouwd gezicht, een sociaal contact en een aanspreekpunt voor onze bewoners en hun netwerk.

WZC Veilige Have, onderdeel van Zorggroep Agapè, is op zoek naar een flexi-zorgkundige die graag zijn/haar steentje bijdraagt aan kwaliteitsvolle zorg. Wil jij bijdragen aan een warme en professionele zorgomgeving waarin onze bewoners centraal staan, dan ben jij misschien de collega die we zoeken!

Hoe jij het verschil maakt als flexi-zorgkundige.

  • Je verleent persoonsgerichte zorg en kijkt naar wat een bewoner zelf kan en graag doet.
  • Je stimuleert de bewoner om zoveel mogelijk zelf de regie te behouden.
  • Je draagt bij aan een warme en huiselijke leefomgeving waarin bewoners zich veilig, gewaardeerd en thuis voelen.
  • Je werkt graag samen en draagt bij aan een sfeer van verbondenheid en vertrouwen.
  • Je ondersteunt bewoners in hun dagelijkse activiteiten en persoonlijke verzorging.
  • Je observeert en rapporteert veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verpleegkundigen, zorgkundigen en andere collega's.
  • Je draagt bij aan een warme en aangename leefomgeving.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma en visum als zorgkundige.
  • Jouw hart klopt voor ouderen en dat straal je uit in je zorg en aanpak.
  • Drive en passie tellen meer dan ervaring, dus ook starters nodigen we uit te solliciteren.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin en zelfstandigheid kenmerken jouw manier van werken.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
