Flexibele pedagogisch professional 6 okt 2026 18 uur per week Hoe vaak krijg je de kans om werken met kinderen te combineren met het buitenleven? Bij ons dagelijkse gang van zaken! Op onze twee mooie, groene boerderijlocaties in Oudehorne en Oldeholtpade bieden wij kinderopvang en BSO aan. Op beide locaties zijn de groepen verdeeld in een babygroep (0-2 jaar), een peutergroen (2-4 jaar) en een BSO (vanaf 4 jaar). Daarnaast biedt onze locatie in Oldeholtpade, vier dagen per week een peuterochtend aan. Wij zoeken iemand die: - hart heeft voor het werken met, en het zorgen voor kinderen; - bereid is om zich flexibel op te stellen wat betreft dagen, tijden en locaties; - het werken op een locatie met veel buitenruimte, dieren en groen van toegevoegde waarde vindt; - initiatief neemt, betrokken is en niet bang is om de handjes uit de mouwen te steken; - kwaliteit en professionaliteit hoog in het vaandel heeft staan en weet hoe dit actief kan worden gewaarborgd samen met het team; - in het bezit is van minimaal een diploma pedagogisch medewerker niveau 3 (Nederlands 3F) zodat je meteen aan de slag mag; - in het bezit is van de verplichte IKK babyscholing ; - ervaring heeft binnen de dagopvang en VSO/BSO (0-12 jaar); - op maximaal een half uur rijden van de locatie in Oudehorne en Oldeholtpade woont; Wij bieden: - een contract waarvan de uren in afstemming met jou en ons bespreekbaar zijn; - een inspirerende groene agrarische werk omgeving waar ook een afdeling 'zorg' vertegenwoordigd is; - een werkplek waarin jouw input wordt gewaardeerd; - een gezellig divers en gemotiveerd team om jou heen; - persoonlijke korte lijnen binnen de organisatie.
