Je hebt geen vaste plek, en juist dat maakt jouw werk afwisselend en leuk. Zo leer je snel nieuwe collega's en kinderen kennen en ontdek je wat het beste bij jou past. Jij brengt rust, energie en betrokkenheid mee, waar je ook werkt. Teams zijn blij met jouw komst en kinderen voelen zich snel op hun gemak bij jou. Je inzet wordt gezien en gewaardeerd, op elke locatie waar je staat. Bepaal zelf het ritme van je werkweek Hier heb je de vrijheid om zelf te bepalen wanneer en waar je werkt. Als flex pedagogisch professional ben jij de baas over je eigen werkweek. Jij geeft aan wanneer je beschikbaar bent, wij regelen de rest. Bij ons mag iedereen gewoon zichzelf zijn.
