Werkenbij ZZG logo Flexibele Zorgprofessionals (verzorgende 3IG) voor onze Leerafdeling Flexwerk Flexwerk uren in overleg Flexmedewerkers die hun vakkennis willen delen en meebouwen aan de zorg van de toekomst op onze Leerafdeling! De Leerafdeling, gevestigd in Woonservicegebied 'Hof van de Elst' (locaties Meander en Passerel), is een fijne omgeving waar leren en werken hand in hand gaan. Als flexmedewerker ben je een onmisbare schakel in het team en bied je continuïteit in de begeleiding van onze leerlingen, naast je reguliere zorgtaken. Jij als Flex woon-werk-wijkbegeleider Je combineert jouw vakmanschap als verzorgende 3IG met de rol van begeleider en coach: - Begeleiding & Coaching: Je deelt jouw kennis en ervaring met toekomstige collega's (leerlingen en stagiaires). Je coacht hen in hun leerproces, stimuleert zelfreflectie en helpt ze bij schoolopdrachten. - Zorgtaken: Je werkt nauw samen met het team en bent verantwoordelijk voor de zorg en begeleiding van de bewoners (somatiek en PG, afhankelijk van je inzet). - Team Lidmaatschap: Je bent onderdeel van het team, neemt deel aan teamoverleg en draagt bij aan een veilig en goed leer- en werkklimaat. De Flex rollen binnen de Leerafdeling: 1. Flex-verzorgende 3IG met zorg en begeleidende taken (Leerafdeling Meander en/of Passerel) - Focus op een mooie combinatie van kennisoverdracht en bezig zijn met het vak verzorgende 3IG. - Je zorgt voor de bewoners en begeleidt leerlingen. 2. Flex woon-werkbegeleider 3IG (Leerafdeling Hof van de Elst) - Als verzorgende 3IG-er besteed je beduidend meer tijd aan het begeleiden en coachen van leerlingen. - Je bent bereid je voor een langere periode aan de leerafdeling te verbinden. Dit krijg je - Flexibele Inzetbaarheid : Mogelijkheden voor een baan van 20-28 uur per week. - Arbeidsvoorwaarden :Salaris volgens de CAO VVT in FWG 40 (minimaal € 2.982 en maximaal € 3.864 bruto per maand o.b.v. fulltime).
