Onze klant is een onderneming die actief is in de biologische voedingssector, met onder andere een vestiging in Brussel. Het bedrijf biedt een ruim assortiment verse, lokale en duurzame producten aan. In de winkel staat een persoonlijke en klantgerichte service centraal, met veel aandacht voor kwaliteit, klantcontact en duurzaamheid.

Jobomschrijving

Zoek je een gevarieerde flexijob in een aangename, gezellige werkomgeving en heb je graag contact met klanten? Dan ben je welkom in ons team van de biowinkel in Brussel!

Als flexijobmedewerker in onze biowinkel draag je actief bij aan de goede werking van de winkel. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket en werkt mee aan een aangename winkelervaring voor onze klanten.

Je taken zijn:

  • Klanten met een glimlach verwelkomen (een heel belangrijk punt!)
  • Instaan voor het openen en/of sluiten van de winkel
  • Kassabediening
  • Producten aanvullen in de winkelrekken
  • Goederen uitpakken en opbergen
  • Instaan voor orde, netheid en hygiëne in de winkel
  • Poetstaken uitvoeren
  • Helpen aan de kaasafdeling

Om ervoor te zorgen dat je snel zelfstandig kunt werken, voorzien we een grondige inwerkperiode waarin je vertrouwd raakt met de werking van de winkel en de verschillende procedures, waaronder het openen en sluiten van de winkel.

Een mooie kans om al doende te leren, verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en deel uit te maken van een klein en hecht team!

Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie zoeken we iemand die:

Zich strikt aan gemaakte afspraken en het afgesproken uurrooster houdt

Voor ons winkelteam in Brussel is het belangrijk dat we kunnen rekenen op onze medewerkers. Het uurrooster wordt vooraf vastgelegd en tijdens de maand zijn er geen wissels mogelijk. We verwachten dan ook dat medewerkers zich aan de gemaakte afspraken houden.

Daarom vragen we om aan het begin van de maand je beschikbaarheden voor de volgende maand door te geven. Op basis daarvan wordt het uurrooster opgesteld.
