FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een handige en technisch onderlegde professional die graag zorgt voor een veilige en goed onderhouden werkomgeving? Hou je van afwisseling en steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen? Dan is deze functie jou op het lijf geschreven!

In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat kantoren en technische installaties optimaal functioneren. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen collega’s elke dag rekenen op een verzorgde, veilige en efficiënte werkplek.

Je zal worden ingezet voor diverse klus- en onderhoudswerken binnen al onze vestigingen in België.

Als klusjesman/technieker ben je een echte allrounder en sta je in voor:

  • Preventief en correctief onderhoud aan gebouwen en technische installaties
  • Kleine bouwkundige werken zoals schilderen, timmerwerken en herstellingen
  • Onderhouds- en verfraaiingswerken in en rond kantoren
  • Opsporen en oplossen van storingen (elektriciteit, sanitair, HVAC)
  • Uitvoeren van veiligheidsinspecties en rapporteren van gebreken
  • Ondersteunen bij interne verhuisbewegingen en inrichting van werkplekken
  • Beheer van materialen, onderdelen en gereedschappen
  • Registreren en opvolgen van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlot, veilig en efficiënt blijft draaien.

PROFIEL

  • Technisch inzicht in elektrotechniek, mechanica en/of bouwkunde
  • Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en oog voor detail
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en prioriteiten stellen
  • Basiskennis veiligheid (VCA is een plus)
  • Klantgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Goede kennis Nederlands én Frans;
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B + eigen wagen
  • Attest van goed gedrag en zeden
  • Bereid om je te verplaatsen binnen België
