Zoeken we een Flexijobber Permanentie die in het weekend in de vroege ochtend het eerste aanspreekpunt vormt voor chauffeurs en interne diensten. Je houdt het overzicht, grijpt in wanneer nodig en zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht naar de dagploeg.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Permanentie binnen Logistiek volgens flexibel werkschema.
  • Chauffeurs van diepladers en tankwagens ondersteunen bij vragen of problemen.
  • Operationele incidenten inschatten en zelfstandig oplossingen zoeken.
  • Incidenten rapporteren aan de dagploeg.
  • Camerabeelden opvolgen en controlerondes uitvoeren.
  • Samenwerken met dispatch, productie en facility.
  • Gegevens registreren in plannings- en transportsoftware.
  • Transportdocumenten, weegbruggegevens en facturen administratief verwerken.

Je communiceert vlot en blijft rustig bij onverwachte gebeurtenissen, en hebt een rijbewijs B.

Verder:

  • heb je een bachelordiploma;
  • werk je nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig;
  • denk je oplossingsgericht en neem je verantwoordelijkheid;
  • kan je vlot overweg met digitale tools zoals Excel, ERP- en transportsoftware;
  • heb je een goede kennis van Nederlands en kan je je uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels;
  • is ervaring met nachtwerk of logistieke administratie mooi meegenomen;
  • ben je beschikbaar om sommige weekends tussen 5u en 9u te werken en om in te springen tijdens de dag- of de nachturen bij afwezigheid van collega's.
