Dan is deze flexijob iets voor jou. Voor ons kantoor in Gent zoeken we een verantwoordelijke opleidingen die nieuwe zaalmedewerkers mee klaarstoomt voor hun eerste opdrachten binnen de horeca- en eventsector.

Jouw rol

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opleidingen van zaalmedewerkers binnen de regio Gent.

  • Je begeleidt en geeft opleidingen aan nieuwe zaalmedewerkers in ons kantoor in Gent
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat kandidaten op een praktische en duidelijke manier worden klaargestoomd voor hun eerste opdracht
  • Je werkt nauw samen met onze planners en recruiters om opleidingen vlot te laten verlopen
  • Sporadisch heb je contact met onze maîtres op events om voeling te houden met de praktijk
  • Indien je dit wenst, kan je ook zelf mee op opdrachten om medewerkers in actie te zien bij onze klanten

Wie zijn wij?

Flying Service & Kitchenstaff is een erkend uitzendkantoor gespecialiseerd in zaal- en keukenpersoneel voor events en horeca-opdrachten, van grote evenementen tot kleinere opdrachten. Met kantoren in Gent, Antwerpen, Geel, Vilvoorde en Leuven zijn we sterk lokaal verankerd.

Nieuwe kandidaten krijgen bij ons een gratis basisopleiding in één van onze kantoren. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat ze goed voorbereid en met vertrouwen aan hun eerste opdracht beginnen.

  • Je hebt ervaring als zaalverantwoordelijke in de horeca
  • Je deelt graag je kennis en ervaring met anderen
  • Je kan duidelijk en enthousiast opleidingen geven
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met het begeleiden of opleiden van medewerkers
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans (Engels is een plus)
  • Je houdt van structuur, duidelijke afspraken en een uniforme aanpak
  • Administratieve opvolging schrikt je niet af
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, vooral tijdens de week (met gemiddeld ± 1 avond per week en sporadisch in het weekend)
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B (auto is een plus)
