Ben jij op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging in de horeca? Wij van Cézar, een gezellig en familiaal restaurant, zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste flexi zaalmedewerker om ons hechte team te versterken op vrijdag-, zaterdag en/of zondagmiddag en avond. Let wel wij zoeken mensen die het hele jaar willen werken.

Wat bieden wij?

  • Een warme werkomgeving: Je komt terecht in een klein maar gedreven team van medewerkers die allemaal dezelfde passie delen voor lekker eten en goede service. Vele van hen werken hier al lange tijd.
  • Flexibele werkuren: We zoeken verschillende mensen die telkens 4 à 6 uren willen werken. Er is werk op vrijdagavond, zaterdag- en/of zondag middag en avond. De zondag is het om de twee weken. In de maanden november en december elke zondag.
  • Geen ervaring vereist: Heb je nog geen ervaring? Geen probleem! We zoeken vooral iemand met de juiste attitude en bereidheid om bij te leren. Heb je wel ervaring? Dan krijg je de kans om verder te groeien.

Wat verwachten wij?

  • Goede kennis van Nederlands: Aangezien we vooral met lokale klanten werken, is het belangrijk dat je vlot Nederlands spreekt.
  • Teamspirit en klantgerichtheid: Je bent sociaal, vriendelijk en zorgt ervoor dat elke klant zich welkom voelt.
  • We verwachten van je dat die je je minimum om de 14 dagen kan vrijmaken, bij voorkeur op een vast moment.
  • 1 persoon kan ook meerdere momenten invullen voor wie veel wil werken maar dat is geen must.
