The posting

Als Flexi Medewerker – Drager in de Uitvaartzorg maak je deel uit van het ceremonieteam dat instaat voor een respectvolle en serene uitvoering van uitvaarten. Je ondersteunt de ceremoniemeester bij het verloop van de dienst en zorgt mee voor een waardig afscheid van de overledene.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het dragen van de kist, urne of bloemen tijdens de plechtigheid.
  • Het voorbereiden van de lijkwagen en het meehelpen bij het opstellen van het ceremonieverloop.
  • Het assisteren tijdens uitvaartplechtigheden op verschillende locaties (kerk, aula, begraafplaats, crematorium...).
  • Het begeleiden van de nabestaanden op een respectvolle en discrete manier.
  • Het ondersteunen van de ceremoniemeester om de dienst in goede banen te leiden.
  • Het zorgvuldig naleven van hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en het correct hanteren van uitvaartmateriaal.

Profiel

  • Je bent betrouwbaar, respectvol en empathisch ingesteld.
  • Je beschikt over een verzorgd voorkomen en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kan discreet en professioneel omgaan met gevoelige situaties.
  • Je bent flexibel beschikbaar, ook op korte termijn of buiten de standaard werkuren.
  • Je werkt goed in teamverband en volgt instructies nauwkeurig op.
  • Ervaring in de uitvaartsector is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste – motivatie en houding primeren.
