Als flexmedewerker werk je binnen locaties waar sprake is van complexe zorg en moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag. Je ondersteunt bewoners in hun dagelijkse leven en speelt in op hun behoeften, gedrag en emoties. Je biedt structuur, veiligheid en duidelijkheid.

Je stelt zelf je rooster samen via onze handige roostersystemen. Je kiest diensten die bij jou passen: korte diensten, avonddiensten of specifieke dagen waarop jij beschikbaar bent. Wel in de onregelmatigheid

Je kunt werken op één of meerdere locaties in Assen, Nooitgedacht, Hoogeveen en/of Meppel.

Deze functie biedt veel afwisseling doordat je op verschillende locaties werkt. Samen met de flexplanners zorgen we ervoor dat je altijd je contracturen behaalt. Of je nu houdt van variatie of juist van structuur: jij houdt de regie over jouw werk.

Tegelijkertijd zorg je niet alleen voor onze bewoners, maar ook voor jezelf: jij bepaalt wanneer, waar en hoeveel je werkt, met de zekerheid van een vast aantal uren.
