Als flexmedewerker word je ingezet op meerdere Middin-locaties van Werken en Leren in Rotterdam. Zo zorg je voor bekende gezichten die kunnen invallen of ondersteunen, zodat medewerkers en teams kunnen blijven rekenen op kwaliteit. Verder ga je: - Werken met verschillende doelgroepen, van mensen met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel tot ouderen met een verstandelijke beperking - Afwisselen tussen het werken op de groep en het ondersteunen van medewerkers die werken met begeleiding Op de Werken en Leren locaties in Rotterdam kom je terecht in een dynamische omgeving, waar diverse professionals zich dagelijks inzetten om medewerkers te ondersteunen in hun groeiproces. De focus ligt op het stimuleren van sociale rollen en vaardigheden bij de medewerkers. Je werkt hier: - Niet alleen, maar in verschillende teams waarin jullie elkaar helpen - Op verschillende locaties in Rotterdam, waar geen dag hetzelfde is - Als flex-collega, in een veelzijdige en dankbare baan De werktijden zijn tussen 8.00 en 17.00 uur. De werkdagen stellen we in overleg met jou vast. Je kijkt met een open blik naar de wereld, ziet kansen en wilt anderen op weg helpen. Je vindt het belangrijk dat iedere medewerker de kans krijgt om zich te ontwikkelen.
