In onze flexpool bepaal jij wanneer je beschikbaar bent. Onze planners kijken waar jouw inzet het beste tot zijn recht komt. Zo combineer je flexibiliteit met afwisseling én betekenisvol werk in de zorg. Onze flexpool is volop in ontwikkeling en biedt jou het beste van twee werelden. Je hebt de vrijheid om zelf je beschikbaarheid door te geven terwijl wij zorgen voor passende diensten op momenten en locaties waar jouw inzet het hardst nodig is. Daarnaast profiteer je van: - Regie over je eigen agenda; - Afwisseling in werkplekken en doelgroepen; - De zekerheid van een organisatie die alles goed regelt; - Ondersteuning van een betrokken planningsteam; - Je kunt werken in de regio Goes, Reimerswaal of een combinatie van beide. Dit ben jij Jij houdt van vrijheid en afwisseling in je werk. Je vindt het fijn om zelf te bepalen wanneer je werkt en voelt je snel thuis op verschillende afdelingen. Daarnaast: - Ben je in het bezit van een diploma Helpende (plus) (niveau 2) of Verzorgende- IG (niveau 3); - Ben je beschikbaar in de regio Goes en/of Reimerswaal; - Ben je minimaal 4 uur per week inzetbaar; - Sta je open voor verschillende diensten en locaties.
