Werken bij Viggo Vacature Flight Officer Opleidingsniveau MBO-4 Locatie Schiphol Uren 22-38 uur Dienstverband Jaarcontract Flight Officer: jij hebt de leiding Communiceren met de cockpit, bagage coördineren en zorgen dat de volgende vlucht op tijd vertrekt: jij regelt het! Samen met je collega's, want teamwork is cruciaal. Is er toch ineens een probleem? Jij houdt het hoofd koel, schakelt snel en zorgt voor een oplossing. Dankzij jouw overzicht en organisatie skills vertrekken alle vliegtuigen op tijd en bezorg je jaarlijks miljoenen passagiers een onbezorgd begin van hun vakantie! Als Flight Officer is geen dag hetzelfde. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Communicatie met cockpit & cabine waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat de cockpit de juiste beladingslijsten ontvangt en bespreek je eventuele bijzonderheden met de crew van het vliegtuig; - Soepel omdraaiproces waarbij jij na aankomst van het vliegtuig de blokken neerlegt bij de wielen en een rondje rondom het vliegtuig loopt om alles te controleren; - Bagage van A tot Z faciliteren waarbij jij ervoor zorgt dat alle bagage op een veilige manier aan boord komt en onderhoud jij contact met de collega's aan de gate, zodat zij weten wanneer de passagiers mogen instappen. Deze 'turnaround' doe jij samen met collega's van het platform; - Ondersteunen van collega's met het bagageproces in het vliegtuig of in de bagagehal. Ben je helemaal weg van vliegtuigen en wil je werken op het dynamische Schiphol? Je bent een echte aanpakker, neemt graag de leiding en staat stevig in je schoenen.
