Met de geplande stadionontwikkeling en de groeiambities van FC Dordrecht ontstaan er nieuwe mogelijkheden binnen horeca, hospitality en evenementen. Voor onze horeca-afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en daadkrachtige Floor Manager Horeca. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van onze horecateams en zorg je ervoor dat gasten tijdens wedstrijddagen, evenementen en reguliere activiteiten kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende beleving. Je werkt volgens een wisselend rooster met zowel dag- als avonddiensten. Geen week is hetzelfde: van wedstrijddagen en zakelijke bijeenkomsten tot evenementen en hospitality-activiteiten. Wat ga je doen? Als Floor Manager Horeca ben je verantwoordelijk voor: • Het verzorgen van een optimale gastbeleving en servicekwaliteit. • Het aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van horecamedewerkers. • Het opstellen en bewaken van werkverdelingen tijdens diensten. • Het fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor gasten, collega's en leveranciers. • Het beheren van de inkoop van dranken, food en horecabenodigdheden. • Het bewaken van de voorraad en het signaleren van tekorten. • Het naleven van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen. • Het oplossen van operationele uitdagingen tijdens diensten. • Het dragen van de eindverantwoordelijkheid tijdens wedstrijden en evenementen. • Het rapporteren aan de Hospitality Manager Wat breng jij mee?
