Als Floormanager Fan Experience speel jij daarin een sleutelrol. Jij bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, stuurt teams aan, houdt overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Dankzij jouw inzet ervaren gasten de service, gastvrijheid en kwaliteit die zij van de Ziggo Dome mogen verwachten. Wat bieden wij? - € 17,85 bruto per uur, inclusief Ziggo Dome toeslag (excl. vakantiegeld); - Kom werken in een gezellig en hecht team; - Een vaste bijbaan met veel verantwoordelijkheid; - Flexibele werkdagen en werktijden, die goed te combineren zijn met je studie, werk of andere activiteiten; - Wekelijkse uitbetaling; - Een unieke werkomgeving waar geen evenement hetzelfde is; - De mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen als leidinggevende binnen de evenementenbranche. Flexibele planning Wij denken mee en kijken naar een goede planning. Goede balans tussen werk, school en privé Wie ben jij? Je houdt van organiseren, kunt snel schakelen en weet mensen te motiveren. Ook onder druk blijf je rustig en behoud je het overzicht. - Je bent minimaal 18 jaar; - Je beschikt over hbo-werk en denkniveau; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend (Engels is een pré); - Je hebt minimaal twee jaar leidinggevende ervaring; - Je hebt ruimte operationele werkervaring in een dynamische horecaomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen grootschalige evenementenlocaties en/of festivals; - Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met calamiteitenprocedures; - Ervaring met HACCP is een pré; - Je kunt een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) aanvragen; - Je bent minimaal 2 avonden in de week beschikbaar; - De werkzaamheden zullen met name in de avond en weekenden plaatsvinden; - Je bent minimaal 50% van de nacht evenementen beschikbaar.
