Met op de achtergrond een prachtig uitzicht op de Reeuwijkse Plassen zorgt Restaurant 't Reeuwijkse Hout iedere dag voor de beste versproducten om onze gasten te verrassen. Wij serveren onder anderen klassieke gerechten als een malse saté, flinterdunne carpaccio of een heerlijke seizoenssoep. Restaurant 't Reeuwijkse Hout staat voor aandacht en kwaliteit. Gewoon goed en lekker eten. Een bord waar de aandacht vanaf spat. Culinair betekent voor ons dan ook niet zozeer 'kostbaar en complex', maar vooral de aandacht die aan een gerecht besteed is. Die aandacht is bij ons altijd het belangrijkste. Ter aanvulling van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een Floormanager! Wat ga je precies doen? In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele aansturing van het team in ons sfeervolle restaurant en eventuele aanvullende diensten. Daaronder valt het plannen, regelen, en bijsturen van de medewerkers in de werkuitvoering. Je werkt mee in de bediening en geeft leiding aan het team. Verantwoordelijkheden - Je werkt samen met je team in de bediening (opnemen van bestellingen, serveren van wijnen en gerechten, afmaken van de gerechten aan tafel, opmaken van de rekening en afrekenen met gasten, e.d.) - Je geeft daarnaast ook leiding aan de medewerkers bediening - Je begeleid, motiveert, stimuleert en coacht medewerkers in het werk - Je ziet toe op de voortgang en uitvoeringskwaliteit van de werkzaamheden en vangt vragen en of klachten van klanten op en handelt deze af - Je zorgt dat de kwaliteit van het werk hoog is en dat alle Arbo- hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften (HACCP, persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen e.d.) worden gehandhaafd - Op basis van jouw ervaringen en suggesties van gasten doe je voorstellen aan je leidinggevende voor verbeteringen/ veranderingen.
