Bij Brouwerij Hoop zoeken we een floormanager die het team aanstuurt, actief meewerkt en zorgt dat de service altijd klopt. In deze functie ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt op de vloer. Jij houdt het overzicht tijdens drukke shifts, stuurt collega's aan waar nodig en zorgt dat gasten een sterke, gastvrije ervaring hebben van binnenkomst tot vertrek. WAT GA JE DOEN? Jij zorgt dat alles klopt, op de vloer én tijdens de service. -Aansturen van het team -Verdelen van werkzaamheden en bewaken van het overzicht -Actief meewerken op de vloer (opnemen, uitserveren, gastcontact) -Overzicht houden over reserveringen, groepen en events -Direct bijsturen bij drukte en operationele uitdagingen -Zorgen dat alles klaarstaat -Bewaken van service, kwaliteit en tempo -Bewaken van personeelskosten Service & teamverantwoordelijkheid Je bent de schakel op de vloer en zorgt dat het team goed functioneert. Jij houdt het team scherp en de service op niveau. - Begeleiden en aansturen van medewerkers tijdens shifts -Inwerken van nieuwe collega's -Begeleiden en aansturen van medewerkers -Signaleren van knelpunten in service en samenwerking -Zorgen voor goede communicatie met keuken en bar -Actief bijdragen aan gasttevredenheid en upselling Onderhoud & faciliteiten Naast de operatie zorg jij ervoor dat de locatie er altijd strak en verzorgd bij staat. Je signaleert problemen en zorgt dat ze worden gerapporteerd of worden opgelost. Signaleren van technische en facilitaire gebreken, aansturen van klein onderhoud en reparaties, contact met externe partijen indien nodig, zorgen voor een nette, veilige en goed functionerende locatie en bewaken van hygiëne, veiligheid en procedures. hoo...
