Je bent sterk in roosteren en bestellen en weet service medewerkers te motiveren, coachen en aan te sturen. Samen zorg je voor een gastvrije en professionele service. Jouw werkplek Fenix is het nieuwe museum over migratie in Rotterdam. Kunstenaars, fotografen, chefs en andere creatieve makers vertellen hier verhalen die grenzen overstijgen. Op deze historische plek van vertrek en aankomst, waar miljoenen Europeanen ooit vertrokken en mensen uit de hele wereld aankwamen, tonen we dat migratie van alle tijden en altijd persoonlijk is. In dit museum waar kunst, verhalen én smaken samenkomen, speelt horeca een belangrijke rol. Fenix biedt verschillende concepten die ieder een eigen verhaal hebben. Zo is er O Anatolian Café & Bakery, ontwikkeld in samenwerking met Michelin-sterrenchef Maksut Aşkar, waar de Anatolische keuken en ambachtelijk brood van eeuwenoude graansoorten centraal staan. Op de hoek van het pand proef je Italiaans ijs bij Gelateria Granucci, bereid volgens traditionele familierecepten. Verder is er een espressobar met uitzicht over de Maas, en een Keuken op Plein waar Rotterdamse chefs en gemeenschappen wereldse smaken laten zien. Naast deze concepten is er een personeelsrestaurant voor collega's en verzorgen we de catering bij culturele en zakelijke evenementen.
