Als floormanager speel jij daarin een belangrijke rol. Je staat midden in de zaak, weet wat er speelt en zorgt er samen met het team voor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Of het nu gaat om een drukke lunch, een sfeervol diner, een feestelijke partij of een bruiloft waarbij alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd moet zijn: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt voor een gastvrije, persoonlijke service. Krijg jij energie van een bruisende werkvloer, vind je het leuk om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en zorg je er graag samen met je collega's voor dat ieder moment bijzonder wordt? Dan maken we graag kennis met je! Wat ga je doen? Je geeft samen met de andere floormanager leiding aan het bedieningsteam en zorgt voor een gastvrije en soepele service. Je houdt samen het overzicht op de werkvloer en stemt de werkzaamheden goed op elkaar af, zodat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je verwelkomt gasten, denkt met ze mee en zorgt ervoor dat het ze aan niets ontbreekt. Je coördineert samen met de andere floormanager de bediening tijdens events, bruiloften, feesten en partijen en zorgt ervoor dat iedere gelegenheid soepel en professioneel verloopt. Je motiveert en begeleidt collega's en helpt nieuwe medewerkers zich snel thuis te voelen. Je zorgt voor een goede samenwerking tussen de keuken en de bediening.
