Als floormanager zorg jij ervoor dat alles tijdens jouw dienst soepel verloopt. Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de vloer, ontvangt onze gasten en zorgt ervoor dat zij een geweldige ervaring hebben. Wat ga je doen? - Openen en afsluiten van de locatie - Ontvangen en begeleiden van gasten - Zorgen dat alles op de vloer goed verloopt - Horecawerkzaamheden, zoals drankjes verzorgen en gasten bedienen - Waar nodig bijspringen als gamemaster - Aansturen en ondersteunen van collega's tijdens je dienst - Controleren of de escape rooms en algemene ruimtes netjes en gebruiksklaar zijn - Kleine problemen zelfstandig oplossen - Wie zoeken wij? We zoeken iemand die: - In Breda woont - Ongeveer 20 uur per week beschikbaar is - Flexibel inzetbaar is, vooral in de avonden en weekenden - Verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen - Gastvrij en sociaal is - Zelfstandig kan werken en overzicht houdt als het druk is - Niet bang is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken - Er plezier in heeft om gasten een topbeleving te bezorgen Ervaring in horeca, leisure of een leidinggevende functie is mooi meegenomen, maar enthousiasme en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel vinden we minstens zo belangrijk.
