Als Floormanager Fan Experience speel jij daarin een sleutelrol. Jij bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, stuurt teams aan, houdt overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Dankzij jouw inzet ervaren gasten de service, gastvrijheid en kwaliteit die zij van Ziggo Dome mogen verwachten. Ben jij een energieke leider die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt in een dynamische omgeving? Dan zoeken wij jou! Wat ga je doen? Als Floormanager ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de operationele teams op de werkvloer en de vaste organisatie van Ziggo Dome. Je zorgt ervoor dat plannen worden vertaald naar een succesvolle uitvoering tijdens evenementen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere: - Het aansturen, coachen en motiveren van bar- en garderobehoofden; - Het bewaken en verbeteren van de gastvrijheid, service en doorloopsnelheid op jouw verdieping; - Het coördineren van de personeelsbezetting en de afstemming tussen verschillende teams; - Toezien op de naleving van procedures, veiligheidsrichtlijnen en huisregels; - Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de tijdregistratie en pauzeplanning van de hoofden; - Operationele uitdagingen oplossen en gastvragen afhandelen; - Aanspreekpunt zijn voor horecamedewerkers tijdens evenementen; - Terugkoppeling geven aan de Projectleider over het verloop van de avond; - Evenementen evalueren en verbeterpunten signaleren; - Nieuwe medewerkers werven, trainen en begeleiden; - Adviseren over ...
