Je zorgt voor een goede personeelsplanning, verdeelt de werkzaamheden en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de service. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, weet collega's te motiveren, hebt een coachende rol en werkt actief mee in de bediening. Je ontvangt gasten, adviseert hen over onze gerechten en dranken en zorgt ervoor dat iedere gast zich welkom voelt. Daarbij houd je continu overzicht en speel je snel in op drukte of onverwachte situaties. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele personeelszaken binnen jouw team. Je begeleidt nieuwe collega's tijdens hun inwerkperiode, voert functionerings- en voortgangsgesprekken, denkt mee over de werving van nieuwe medewerkers en draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer waarin collega's zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Ook bewaak je de naleving van de geldende kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften en operationele procedures. Je draagt zorg voor een correcte kasafhandeling en reserveringen en signaleert kansen om processen of de dienstverlening verder te verbeteren. Jouw profiel Je bent een enthousiaste en ervaren horecaprofessional die energie krijgt van leidinggeven, coachen en samenwerken. Je weet mensen te motiveren, blijft rustig tijdens piekmomenten en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en gastbeleving. Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen de horeca en bent gewend verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
