Als Floormanager bij Costes ben jij hét aanspreekpunt op de winkelvloer. Samen met de (Assistent) Store Manager zorg jij ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt: van de taakverdeling en pauzes tot het inwerken van nieuwe collega's. Jij geeft het goede voorbeeld, begeleidt het team met enthousiasme en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er op de dagplanning staat. Je staat klaar voor je collega's, helpt ze met tips & tricks om de KPI's te behalen én zorgt dat de winkel er altijd uitziet om door een ringetje te halen. Natuurlijk ben jij er met jouw klantgerichte houding ook voor de klanten en met jouw passie voor fashion maak je van elke shopervaring een feestje. In deze rol krijg je alle ruimte om te groeien. Samen met de (Assistent) Store Manager werk je aan jouw ontwikkeling zodat jij als Floormanager écht kunt shinen op de werkvloer en je ambities kunt waarmaken. Wat wij vragen - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in de Retail en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. - Jij werkt en denkt minimaal op mbo-niveau en pikt nieuwe info snel op. - Je bent minimaal één weekenddag beschikbaar om mee te draaien in onze Costes winkel. - Door jouw improvisatievermogen weet jij in te spelen op onverwachte situaties. - Waar andere vraagtekens zien, spot jij kansen. Met jouw creativiteit en flexibiliteit zet je ideeën om in concrete acties. - Je communiceert helder en effectief, zowel richting jouw team als de klant. - Passie voor fashion én zin in gezelligheid op de werkvloer?
