Word floormanager van restaurant De Schaapskooi op Duinrell! Jouw werkplek Jij komt te werken bij La Place Duinrell Schaapskooi, een sfeervolle en historische locatie midden in het attractiepark. De Schaapskooi bestaat al sinds 1935 en is vandaag de dag een levendige plek waar dagjesmensen en campinggasten genieten van een vers bereid buffet vol typische La Place-gerechten. De broodjes, soepen, salades en smoothies worden vers bereid met pure ingrediënten. La Place Schaapskooi is alleen geopend wanneer het park open is. Je werkt overdag, met diensten tussen 9.00 en 18.00 uur. Tijdens de zomervakantie en herfstvakantie is het extra druk. Werken bij La Place Duinrell Schaapskooi betekent werken op een unieke en gezellige locatie waar kwaliteit en beleving samenkomen. Samen met je collega's zorg jij ervoor dat iedere gast geniet van een heerlijke pauze midden in het hart van het park. Jouw functie Als leidinggevende horeca bij Duinrell attractiepark ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de vloer en de rechterhand van de horecamanager. Je houdt overzicht, coördineert meerdere locaties tegelijk en zorgt dat het team weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je coacht collega's, begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers en bewaakt planning, productkwaliteit en gastbeleving.
