Jouw rol als Floormanager Horeca Als Floormanager Horeca ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel verlopen van de dagelijkse horecaoperatie op de werkvloer van De Uithof. En die werkvloer is allesbehalve standaard. Op het ene moment zit ons Grand Café vol met schaatsers en wintersporters, terwijl elders kinderfeestjes, groepen en bedrijfsuitjes worden ontvangen. Op andere dagen staan er grotere partijen of evenementen op het programma. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het horecateam klaarstaat, iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar verwacht wordt en onze gasten de service krijgen die ze mogen verwachten. Je stuurt medewerkers en supervisors aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit en houdt continu overzicht. Je schakelt snel wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt en bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de vloer. Je bent niet iemand die alleen vertelt wat er moet gebeuren: wanneer het nodig is, steek je zelf net zo makkelijk de handen uit de mouwen. Wat ga je doen? Als Floormanager Horeca houd jij je onder andere bezig met: - Operationeel aansturen van de horeca tijdens de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering samen met onze teamleider horeca. - Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van supervisors en horecamedewerkers. - Verdelen van personeel over de verschillende horecalocaties en werkzaamheden. - Bewaken van personeelsbezetting en tijdig bijsturen bij drukte of onverwachte situaties. - Zorgen voor een optimale gastbeleving en hoge kwaliteit van service. - Coördineren van de horeca rondom groepen, partijen en evenementen. - Bewaken van werkafspraken, hygiëne-, HACCP- en veiligheidsvoorschriften. - Signaleren van knelpunten en actief aandragen van verbeteringen. - Behandelen en oplossen van vragen of klachten van gasten. - Toezien op een correc...
